- Taxation both for companies and individuals.
- Registration of new companies
- Company agreements, rules and procedures.
- Preparation of minutes and special resolutions.
- Designing internal control (internal auditing).
- Training of accounting and administration staff.
- Accounting to Balance Sheet, with statuary returns (VAT; PAYE; etc.)
- Debtors and creditors.
- Salaries and wages.
- Budgets, cash flow and cash forecasting.
- Management reports and advice.
- Accounting Officers work and preparation of audit working papers.
- Audit for Body Corporation (less than 10).
- Employment contracts.
- All Human Resource functions, including CCMA arbitrations.
